Q: I am interested in renting one of the properties listed on your site. What should I do?

A: To rent any of the properties featured on our site, or in our rental catalog, please contact Lakes Region Management Company (LRMC) directly for more information about the property´┐Żs availability.

Q: How can I verify that the rental property exists?

A: LRMC is not responsible for the accuracy of the contents of our listings. It is the sole responsibility of the owner to provide the renter with true and accurate information. Owners whose property has been found to be incongruous with their listing are immediately removed from our list.

Q: How do I pay for my vacation rental?

A: LRMC works as an intermediary between the owner and the renter. We accept cash, credit and debit on the behalf of our owners. The renter must settle extra amenity charges (hired help, auto rental, long distance telephone charges, etc.) with the owner privately.

Q: Does LRMC offer other travel services?

A: No. We are solely a timeshare and vacation rental agency. We do not offer airline, train or other travel services. If you require these services we would be more than happy to refer you to local travel agencies that offer preferred customer discounts to individuals renting a property from us.
